The Miami Heat will be shorthanded tomorrow when they take the floor at the Wells Fargo Center to take on the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Play-In Tournament.
The Heat announced on Tuesday afternoon that Terry Rozier will be out for the matchup with a neck injury.
