Shake Milton shook up the Staples Center with his outstanding performance, scoring a career-high 39 points on the afternoon. However, a few defensive errors in the second half led to the Clippers taking a larger lead in the third quarter. Although it looked like the Philadelphia 76ers had a chance to come back and win in the last few minutes of the game, key turnovers, defensive errors, and the inability to push the pace prevented it from getting done.
The Sixers add another loss to their away record and it doesn’t get any better, as they will need to come back to Staples Center on Monday night to face LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
