GROWING UP - well, at 22 he still is growing up - Richaun Holmes religiously watched his favorite NBA team on the television. A native of Lockport, Ill., about an hour outside of Chicago, he studied each and every player that came through the Bulls' system as a youth. He dreamed of one day playing for them.
Holmes had a dream come true Monday at the Wells Fargo Center, even if he wasn't playing for his favorite childhood team. He got to start his first NBA against them, though, as he filled in the starting spot vacated by Nerlens Noel, who was down due to sore wrists suffered in Friday's game in Cleveland.
