By now, you probably think you know everything there is to know about Sam Hinkie. Or at least, everything that's out there publicly.
Well, you might not have known this: While he was the 76ers' general manager, he lived in a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Bryn Mawr, not far from Villanova's campus.
Now, Hinkie is putting the house up for sale, and it looks as if he's going to turn a profit on it. (Insert puns about trusting a process and trading assets here.)
Located on a private cul-de-sac overlooking 25 acres of the Harriton Farm Preservation and built in the 19th century, the home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread over three levels of living space.
