Doug Overton, a former 76ers and La Salle University basketball star, pleaded guilty Wednesday in connection with a case involving indecent exposure on a Lower Merion trail.
Overton, 47, the current basketball coach at Lincoln University, pleaded guilty to three counts of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year of probation, and ordered to undergo psycho-sexual evaluation.
Three counts of indecent exposure were dropped as part of the plea deal.
Prosecutors said Overton took responsibility for his actions and has been cooperative, CBS3 reported. Overton and his attorney declined comment.
Overton had denied the indecent exposure allegations, saying he was urinating.
