While raising cats and trusting processes is the popular trend in following the red-hot 76ers now, their current good play has been a work in progress for coach Brett Brown since he signed on to take this job in August of 2013. Back then, he walked into a wobbly organization that was close to implosion due to the vision of new general manager Sam Hinkie.

In a few short years, with a bevy of transactions, the roster was unrecognizable from the one Brown inherited and the priority was to build from the ground up, to secure a foundation that would, eventually, support the unprecedented style in which the rebuild was constructed.
