Abdelnaby spent five seasons in the NBA.
The Philadelphia 76ers broadcast team has finally filled the void left by Malik Rose, and just in time for Thursday night's preseason game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
CSNPhilly.com is reporting that former NBA big man Alaa Abdelnaby will join Marc Zumoff and Molly Sullivan as a TV color analyst for the 2015-16 season. Abdelnaby spent four years at Duke University, and was a first round pick of the Portland Trail Blazers in 1990. After bouncing around the league for several years, Abdelnaby signed two ten-day contracts with the Sixers in 1995 before eventually being released.
