Coach Brett Brown has worked in a dual role as coach and interim general manager throughout the summer. According to a report on Tuesday by Adrian Wojnarowki of ESPN, the Sixers elevated Elton Brand to Sixers' GM from his role as VP of Basketball Operations with the Delaware Blue Coats, the Sixers' G League affiliate.
