The Sixers selected SMU’s Sterling Brown with the No. 46 pick in the second round of the 2017 NBA Draft, and then immediately traded his rights to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Brown, who worked out for the Sixers during their final stages of pre-draft process, looked to be a perfect target for one of their second-round picks. He lacks a little in the tools department, but he was a great shooter and a rabid defender and would at the very least be an interesting guy to have on one of the new two-way contracts the league added.
