LARAMIE — Adam Pilapil just couldn't wait to get back. In his first action since Wyoming's home loss to Oregon, Pilapil had a pressure on Colorado State quarterback Nick Stevens that forced a third-down incompletion early in the Cowboys' 16-13 win.
"It was actually funny, watching back through the film, I think I came back a play early in my rotation," Pilapil said, "and I told Cassh (Maluia) to bump out. We got the play call in, and it just kind of worked out how it did. We knew that all week we would want to get pressure on their quarterback.
