It feels like just yesterday that we, as Penn State wrestling fans, were looking forward to the Drexel dual that would kick off this 2024-2025 season; then, we blinked, and the Nittany Lions were in the BJC taking of Wyoming. One blink later, the Big Ten season was upon us, and now suddenly conference duals are over and there’s just one PSU dual meet - against EIWA team American University.
American is having as good a season as they’ve had in a while, winning their tenth dual last weekend over George Mason. The Eagles have faced three of the same opponents to date this season as the Nittany Lions - Michigan State, Lehigh, and Drexel - though AU lost all three of those duals (39-3, 36-6, and 32-6, respectively).
