The women’s hockey team ran its winning streak to 12 games with a two-game sweep of Lindenwood last weekend.
McKenna Walsh, Katelyn Roberts, and Stella Retrum each scored one goal in Penn State’s 3-1 win in Game 1. In Game 2, Tessa Janecke passed Nate Sucese to become Penn State’s all-time leading scorer for both men’s and women’s hockey when she scored the opening goal of the contest. Katie DeSa recorded a 20-save shutout, her seventh shutout of the season.
Penn State will play Robert Morris on the road today (3pm) and tomorrow (3pm).
