Will WR Allen Robinson become the highest-paid Nittany Lion ever this offseason?

Former Penn State wideout Allen Robinson may be coming off a torn ACL but, according to various reports, he should still be heading to the bank this offseason.

In fact, he could soon become the highest-paid Nittany Lion ever in the NFL — eclipsing what’s believed to be the largest base salary by a Penn State alum, defensive end Tamba Hali’s $12.25 million in 2013.

Robinson is set to become a free agent March 9 and, despite suffering a season-ending injury just three snaps into the 2017 opener, he and Jarvis Landry are widely regarded as the top receivers of free agency.
