The legend of Saquon Barkley continued to grow Saturday night against Iowa.
Late in the fourth quarter, Penn State found itself in a third-and-6 situation, holding onto a two-point lead, in serious need of a first down.
With his downfield options all covered, Trace McSorley dumped it off to Barkley in the backfield. But with Iowa defenders closing in fast, a first down seemed out of reach.
But Barkley had other plans, and took care of the rest.
The Heisman hopeful cleared the defender, landed on his feet and passed the first down marker, extending the drive.
