BEAVERTON, Ore. -- When he decommitted from Penn State after more than a year of serving as the jewel of the Nittany Lions' Class of 2018, Harrisburg star Micah Parsons said he had "committed too soon" and needed more time to find the right decision for him.
The reaction came in swiftly from both sides, with some fellow high school players saying they understood the decision to decommit, while others were a little more passive aggressive after the announcement.
It was a polarizing decision back in April, and it's led Parsons on the journey of begin an uncommitted prospect being courted by some of the nation's most name brand programs, and it's led some to assume that Penn State is out of the picture for the five-star defensive end.
