Happy Valley can finally be somewhat happy again as the Penn State football program picked up two verbal commitments heading into the weekend. One of which happens to be a four-star recruit. The other, he’s a three-star prospect.
Roughly around 7:30 PM is when Penn State and the rest of the nation received the news about cornerback, Ji’Ayir Brown’s decision to join Penn State for next season. Then about an hour later, another one came in. Considering the recruitment struggles that occurred over the last few weeks or so, it’s refreshing for the Nittany Lions to see two to more prospects making a promise to the program, without receiving any news about another player backing out as well.
