Penn State quarterback Trace McSorley was named the Walter Camp National Offensive Player of the Week on Sunday after rushing for three touchdowns and throwing for another during the 42-13 win over Michigan.

The last Nittany Lion to earn the weekly Camp honor was Brandon Bell last season, against Michigan State.

McSorley finished 17-of-26 passing Saturday for 282 yards. He also rushed for 76 yards.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. The No. 6 Penn State field hockey team made quick work of Indiana on Sunday with a 7-1 victory.
