Teniya Page's bright start to her Penn State career just got a little brighter on Monday -- the point guard was named Freshman of the Week for her performances over the past week.
Page averaged 21.5 points and 2.0 assists per game in the Lady Lions first two Big Ten contests of the season against Northwestern and Minnesota.

Page set a career-high with 27 points on 9-of-20 shooting en route to the team's 79-72 upset win over the No. 14 Wildcats on New Year's Eve.
She followed that up with a complete performance against the Gophers on Sunday, posting 16 points, three assists, two rebounds and two steals.
