Take Two: Who will lead the Big Ten in rushing in 2016?

All this week, Josh Moyer and I will offer our picks on who will lead the Big Ten in several individual statistical categories this fall. Today's Take Two looks at who will be this year's rushing champion in the league.

Take 1: Brian Bennett

This one seems pretty easy, even in a league where several players routinely put up huge rushing totals. It's Penn State's Saquon Barkley.

Barkley finished third in the Big Ten in rushing last year with 1,076 yards despite the following three facts: 1) He had only 182 carries, or more than 100 fewer than rushing champ Ezekiel Elliott; 2) The Nittany Lions' offensive line, as you might have heard, wasn't very good; and 3) he was a true freshman.
