Room for Improvement Perhaps the most ubiquitous memory for Penn State fans of the 2018 season was dropped passes...and more dropped passes...and then even more dropped passes. It was an issue that plagued the offense from beginning to end, unfortunately. With some new faces in tow and more experience all around, the current Penn State receivers group can’t wait to show the world what they can do in the fall. On the other side of the ball, Micah Parsons is ready to make a much bigger name for himself in 2019.
New Faces, New Places Penn State’s receivers group will be bolstered by two transfers in 2019 with former five-star prospect George Campbell making his way from Florida State, and Division II All-American Weston Carr coming to Happy Valley via Azusa Pacific.
