Two years after Will Schreiner had the game of his career, it was Colby Kneese who shined in Ohio Stadium.
The goalie was a key piece of a defensive effort that stifled a fast Ohio State offense on the way to a 18-10 Penn State victory. Kneese finished the game with 16 total saves.
With 11 of his saves coming in the first half, Kneese’s play secured the 6-3 lead for Penn State to end the second quarter.
The impressive outing elevated the whole defense. Kneese’s first half put the Nittany Lions in a great position to pull away.
