ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. – New Orleans Saints running back Daniel Lasco was taken away from Sunday's game in an ambulance after delivering a blow on kickoff coverage.
Lasco, the second-year running back who has played mostly on special teams this season, hit Bills kicke returner Brandon Tate at full speed with his head pointed down.
Trainers immediately came onto the field, the Bills brought a stretcher out onto the field and the ambulance drove onto the field to get Lasco.
The rest of the Saints clapped when Lasco was placed on the stretcher and surrounded it before he was placed in the ambulance.
