New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has no plans on leaving to play for another team at the end of the season, the future Hall of Famer told Hardwick & Richards on KLSD-AM in San Diego on Tuesday.
"I'll handle 2018 when 2018 gets here. But right now I'm in the moment. I'm in 2017," Brees said. "... I don't plan on leaving New Orleans ever."
Brees, who is making $24.5 million this season, is in the final year of a deal that voids automatically after the season, but he has repeatedly said he plans to play out this year and worry about it after the season.
