The news passed by virtually unnoticed last week, our attention focused on the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament at PPG Paints Arena, the start of NFL free agency and the impending return of Matt Murray. Paul Posluszny, once called the greatest linebacker in Penn State history by a man who should know, announced his retirement from football after 11 NFL seasons. He deserved so much more of a sendoff.
