Saints running back Daniel Lasco will miss the rest of the season but apparently has avoided a career-ending injury according to reports.
Lasco was taken from Sunday's game in Buffalo in an ambulance and taken to a hospital for treatment for a spine injury, the Saints said Sunday.
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, citing unnamed sources, reported Monday that Lasco suffered a bulging disk that will end his season but apparently not his career.
Team doctor Michael Hartman traveled to the hospital with Lasco, who did have feeling in his extremities.
Saints coach Sean Payton was given an update on Lasco's condition after the game.
