An in-state neutral site game is set for Mike Rhoades and company.
Penn State will reportedly play Drexel at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, according to a report by Rocco Miller of The Bracketeer.

The matchup will be Dec. 21, which falls around the same time the blue and white had a neutral site showdown last year as it clashed with Georgia Tech on Dec.
