The freshman linebacker was dismissed due to an alleged violation of team rules.
A member of Penn State football's 2015 recruiting class is no longer with the program. Daiquan Kelly, a three-/four-star linebacker out of New Jersey, was dismissed for a violation of team rules, according to a press release sent out by Penn State.

Kelly came to State College by way of Union City, NJ, where he was a teammate of fellow 2015 four-star recruit Steven Gonzalez.
