Penn State continues to rise under James Franklin. After a Big Ten title in 2016, the Nittany Lions posted another 10-win regular season in 2017 and the recruits are following with as much momentum on the trail as Penn State has enjoyed in many years.
With the No. 4 recruiting class, more left to add to the haul and the depth continuing to be added by Franklin and his staff, the Nittany Lions are being built to last.
