Well, that was quite the roller-coaster yesterday, no? It sure felt like a movie we had seen a thousand times before as PSU fans: Play a rough first half to dig into a hole, come back in the second half, only to shoot ourselves in the foot once again, as the opponent manages to come away with a win, while we’re all left wondering what could’ve been. Thankfully, the team for once, managed to flip the script and put me in a better than expected mood writing these grades. And with that, away we go!
Quarterback: A-
I don’t care if he threw three interceptions (only one of which was truly his fault), Drew Allar was an absolute dude when he needed to be, throwing for 391 yards and a pair of touchdowns, stepping up big time as a leader on the field, and being someone who Andy Kotelnicki could count on to put the team on his shoulders when the running game was being held in check.
