Eight Nittany Lions are competing in the U.S. Track and Field Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon.
Casimir Loxsom and freshman Isaiah Harris will advance to the 800-meter final which will be held at 7:51 p.m. PT on Monday at Hayward Field, according to Gopsusports.
Loxsom, Class of 2013, finished in third place with a time of 1:45.93. Harris finished right behind him at 1:45.95.
Brannon Kidder, Class of 2016, finished No. 12 in 1:48.76.
Loxsom and Harris will look to become the first 800-meter Olympians from Penn State.
