The Football Writers Association of America is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. Today, the group released a 75th Anniversary All-America team. While the FWAA was founded in 1941, it has been releasing an All-America team every year since 1944. Each decade since the FWAA started releasing its teams is represented in the selections.
One of our very own, Jack Ham, was selected to the third team squad. He's no stranger to being honored by the FWAA, as he was an All-America selection in 1970 after tallying 91 tackles and four interceptions that season.
