The task of scouting an opponent can be really easy, but in the case of Pittsburgh quarterback Max Browne, it's a bit of a tougher task.
That's because Browne, a graduate transfer from USC, does not have a lot of game film. Sure, there's tape of him from last week's 28-21 Panthers victory over Youngstown State, and also some clips from his time at USC.
Overall though, there's probably not many quarterbacks on the Lions' schedule who will enter a game this season with less to look at.
Penn State is focusing on tendencies, then, and whatever it can scrounge together on the 6-foot-5, 230-pound passer who threw just 112 times over three seasons out west before tossing 24 times in Week 1.
