The Penn State Nittany Lions are starting to receive kickoff times for their football games this fall. Seeing these kickoff times makes the fan in me start to consider which teams will pose the biggest threat to derailing the goals for Penn State in 2023.
The current over/under win total for Penn State is set at 9.5 on the season which is very achievable; however, that doesn’t mean the path to 10 plus wins will be an easy task by any means. In fact, some of the most difficult challenges for Penn State this fall will come toward the end of the season.
