The Penn State offense had a lot of issues in 2018, with a strong argument being made that dropped passes were the biggest of these issues. Led by new wide receivers coach Gerad Parker, the Nittany Lion wideouts will look to turn things around this fall.
There are certainly reasons to be optimistic about the receivers. KJ Hamler is a bonafide stud, Jahan Dotson is primed for a breakout season (as Jared pointed out on Monday), redshirt freshman Daniel George is ready for a bigger role, and grad transfer Weston Carr has a track record of production at the Division II level.
