Last year, Penn State entered the Big Ten/Pac-12 Challenge at Rec Hall with a 3-0 record as they had won all three games of the 2015 Penn State Classic.
This year, however, the now-No. 13 Nittany Lions (2-1) already have the stain of a loss on their record as they travel to face Colorado at 7 p.m. on Saturday and No. 9 Stanford at 3 p.m. on Sunday after losing to North Carolina in five sets. Junior Simone Lee said the loss, though tough, was a learning experience for the team.
“[We learned about] adversity,” Lee said.
