Playing in its first road game of the 2018 season, No. 5 Penn State didn’t have enough in the tank against No. 4 Stanford, falling 3-0 in straight sets despite strong performances from senior Nia Reed, who finished with 14 kills, and graduate transfer Taylor Leath, who finished behind Reed with 10 kills on the night.
