Amid a snowy February day, Penn State returned to Holuba Hall to take on Bucknell at 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
The Nittany Lions defeated Bucknell 16-4 after falling to Richmond in their season opener. For the Bison, this match was their first of the season.
Lauren Saltz took control of the ball after the first face-off. The Nittany Lions attempted to make a mark on offense, but Bison defender Kate Hearns overturned the ball for the Bison and took off.
The blue and white took the opportunity to recover the ball when Lilly Spilker picked up a ground ball from the Bison.
