After initially being a goal down to rival Ohio State early in the match, Penn State took the lead and never looked back for an 18-10 win.
Throughout the half, Ohio State had twice as many turnovers than Penn State swinging momentum. But the team wasn't able to take advantage as the team normally does due to the stellar play of the Buckeyes’ goalie sophomore Jill Izzo.
