St. Lawrence (15-0-1) completed its sweep of Penn State (5-8-3) Tuesday night at Pegula Ice Arena.

The Saints, who are undefeated in their conference, beat the Nittany Lions, 3-0, on Monday night and 2-0 on Tuesday.

Coach Josh Brandwene noticed significant improvements in his team between Monday and Tuesday’s games.

“The degree of consistency and willingness to make good decisions was much improved today, and that’s a great thing for us going forward,” Brandwene said.

The first period on Tuesday was scoreless for both the Saints and Nittany Lions. Shots were very low after 20 minutes of play, but favored the Saints 4-2.
