Head coach Josh Brandwene chooses to not look back at the past — according to him, it’s ancient history.
“We’ve turned our focus to starting conference play and we’re really excited about it,” Brandwene said.
After two series without a win against Boston University and the University of Connecticut, the team is looking for one this week.
Today and Friday, the women’s hockey team will be playing Rochester Institute of Technology. RIT is in the College Hockey America (CHA) division with Penn State, along with Lindenwood, Mercyhurst, Syracuse and Robert Morris.
