Penn State women's hockey picks up a pair of CHA weekly honors

Natalie Heising and Hannah Ehresmann both received CHA awards on Monday after the Penn State completed a sweep against RIT last weekend.

Ehresmann was named CHA Goalie of the Week after recording a save percentage of .970 and a goals against average of 0.50. Both of these statistics ranked second among CHA goaltenders this week. Ehresmann also recorded a 22-save shutout in a 2-0 victory on Saturday.

This is Ehresmann’s fourth time being awarded goalie of the week this year and sixth time overall in her career.

Heising was named CHA Rookie of the Week for the second week in a row, and third time overall this year after leading the league in goals over the weekend with three.
