Penn State women's gymnastics' Lauren Bridgens named Big Ten Freshman of the Week after earning perfect 10

For the fifth time this season, freshman Lauren Bridgens has been named Big Ten Freshman of the week.

This past Friday at BYU, Bridgens earned her first perfect 10 on the uneven bars in program history. In addition to earning the uneven bars win, she also took first in the all-around competition with a total score of39.375.

Bridgens is one of four gymnasts to earn a perfect 10 on uneven bars nationally.
