Penn State women's gymnastics' Lauren Bridgens advances to 2018 NCAA Championships

Despite getting off to a slow start Penn State eventually found its confidence and found a way to finish its 2018 NCAA Regional Championship performance.

Freshman Lauren Bridgens led the Nittany Lions with an all-around score of 39.200, good enough to advance to the NCAA championship in St. Louis on April 21.

As a team, the Nittany Lions finished in fifth place at the regional, with a total score of 194.
