Penn State point guard Teniya Page suffered a right ankle fracture/dislocation at the Team USA U23 National Team Training Camp on Thursday, USA Basketball confirmed.
She left the premises in an ambulance and was driven to Colorado Springs, Colorado's Memorial Hospital, where she was treated and later released.
Page previoiusly expressed her hope of making Team USA's roster for its upcoming trip to The Four Nations Tournament in Tokyo, Japan later this month. However, this injury likely eliminates any possibility of that happening.
Her treatment will be determined following an orthopedic evaluation.
