Penn State freshman Kamaria McDaniel didn't shy away from the first road environment of her collegiate career.
Thanks to her shooting display, the Lady Lions earned their third victory on Wednesday in what was their first test on the road this season, defeating Marshall 80-65.
The Lady Lions found themselves down early through the second quarter when Kamaria McDaniel buried a pair of three-pointers, one of which gave the lead to the Lady Lions for good.
Though the lead was held, the Lady Lions weren’t quite out of the woods yet. It wasn’t until the 4:30 mark of the third quarter when Penn State put Marshall away for good when McDaniel nailed her third 3 pointer in a span of two minutes.
