The day after a roaring ‘White Out’ game for Penn State football, the blue and white’s basketball fans brought the juice to the Bryce Jordan Center.
In front of a loud crowd, the Lady Lions defeated Duquesne in a close-knit contest, winning 92-83.
After starting hot in its first two games of the season, Penn State fell behind early against Duquesne.
Alongside a trio of 3’s from the Dukes, the Lady Lions fell behind 11-4, forcing an early timeout from coach Carolyn Kieger.
Following a timeout, Penn State’s defense began working, allowing just one point in the next three minutes.
