Penn State closed out a West Coast road trip on Wednesday against No. 1 UCLA, with the chance to snap a six-game losing streak. The game was moved to the Long Beach State University gym due to wildfires in Los Angeles.
A strong end to the first half allowed the undefeated Bruins to pull away — and they never handed it back — defeating the Lady Lions 83-67.
Alli Campbell got the game going for the Lady Lions with a deep two from the left wing, immediately following it with a mid-range basket from the opposite wing.
