Elee is the No. 13 overall recruit, No. 2 edge rusher, and No. 2 player from Maryland in the 2026 cycle. Penn State is an easy sell for any edge rusher, but if the Nittany Lions are able to flip him, it would be arguably one of the biggest recruiting flips in program history.
