WILLIAMSPORT -- Neither Penn State nor Tennessee is saying much about a breach of contract lawsuit involving defensive coordinator Bob Shoop.
The Nittany Lions, who are suing Shoop for almost $900,000, issued a statement to PennLive on Tuesday about his parallel move from the Big Ten to the SEC.

"We are filing suit against him to recover this mutually agreed upon amount.
