Put some "pork on your fork" for the next tailgate.

Amy Bradford of the Pennsylvania Pork Producers Council shares a classic recipe for sausage with onions and peppers made with pork sausage.

Sweet Italian sausage links - or any flavor of pork, for that matter - are grilled and then tossed in a mixture of grilled peppers and onions with a seasoned tomato sauce. Fill rolls with the mixture and top with provolone cheese for an easy tailgate sandwich.
